I was going to do a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday schedule this week, but that has changed as Corrie had her friend from QVE Mrs. Scott meet us at Community park to go walk/run. I started with my new marathon pacing of going 3 minutes running/ 1 minute walking and got about a mile or so in and opted to go back and meet up with Corrie and Mrs. Scott. I enjoyed my conversation with them as we completed a 5K basically in our running.
I'll adjust my running to a Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday run or Monday/Wednesday/Saturday. We'll see!
