A Cheap Half?

The biggest problem with being 240 lbs and not being able to train properly is that is causes you to break down about 50% of the way through a marathon training program. This leaves you frustrated and thinking in your mind that 13.1 miles is cheap and that you aren't really pushing yourself.

That all being said, I've laid off running since Dec. 13th, primarily because I have to rest my Illiotibial band before I run any race. I'm going to start ramping up in the next few days to get myself ready for 13.1 on January 15th, but that's about where my mind is race wise. I look forward to getting back into running soon, whether my goals are met or not.
